Caldera Apartments – Three Kings

This five-level apartment complex is located on Mt Eden Road and overlooks Three Kings Quarry. The structural system consisted of precast concrete shear walls supporting precast concrete floors and structural steel beams. The structure also incorporated expressed precast concrete facade elements.
