Apple Shed House

Incorporating the style of a typical historic Oratia orchard packing shed, Apple Shed is constructed of macrocarpa wood and galvanised roofing. Founded on shallow concrete foundations and  timber piles the timber structure incorporates exposed bolted trusses and is braced with specific design plywood shear walls.
