Nestled within the dunes of Te Arai Links, this Health Spa & Fitness Centre is defined structurally by long exposed precast concrete walls that frame the arrival and anchor the building within its coastal setting.

The concrete shell was paired with prefabricated timber wall and roof cassette units, enabling rapid on-site assembly and a significantly reduced construction programme without compromising the architectural intent.
